    COOK

    Thursday, May 22, 2008

oh yeah. DAVID COOK is THE American Idol.

I'm not an AI junkie at all, but when you're bored- you're bored. I watched one episode and the only dude that really caught my attention was Cook. I've been rooting for him in my head all this time. HAHA. Actually, I'd always excuse myself from supper with the famly to watch Cook sing. After he sings, I return to the dinning table. WALA LANG- SHARING.
I'd lost hope in the show like, a few seasons back already(Jordin's an exemption though). But man, naming Cook the AI- redemption.
    Lemme praise David Cook:
    - He's AUTHENTIC, man. He's sort of like the JT(Justin Timberlake) of rock. Forgive the lame "the ___ of ___" phrase. HAHA. Justin's one of those dudes that seriously make my jaw drop. He's a real artist. So is David Cook.
    - He's like a teddy bear in a rock star's outfit. HAHA.
    - His rock star vibe is effortless
Don't get me wrong. David Archuleta's good too. But Cook has this thing with his music.

    Still Breathing Here

    Wednesday, May 07, 2008
Yeah, I'm alive, and my blog is still breathing. It's just been "dormant" for months- okay, it was rotting.

I sort of made this layout last night. So this'll be permanent already. Sort of. See, college won't exactly give me blogging time. Go figure. Minimal changes will be made in the future perhaps. And minimal updates too.

So what the hell has been happening to me:
    1. I don't want to talk about it at all, but I was hospitalized. It's a touchy subject, so don't ask me about it. SERIOUSLY, DON'T.
    2. I graduated high school. I cried like an effing baby during graduation- I regret that now. And my speech, dang! My sister and dad read it (They didn't make it to my graduation.) . Nakakahiya. But what can I do, right? It was a fun run-high school. Heck, I had the time of my life. Now it's over, oh well.
    * I'm not going to tell you everything that happened for the past months. Those two up there are the highlights though. Well, there was prom, intrams, batch outing(OH YEAH), and whatever.

I'm in the basement right now. In the laundry room, doing, well laundry. But I'm blogging while watching the sheets get soaked and rotate back and forth. It's pretty entertaining with music. I'm in New York right now. But I'll be flying back home on Saturday.

I don't want to go back to the Philippines. It's feels good to go home and see your family- It's sort of easier to breathe. Most of you disagree. My situation's different. Only a few understand how it really feels though.

But like any feeling that makes me want to shed effing tears, I brush it off. I mean, you can't do anything in situations like this. So yeah. Trying to ignore it.

I wanna dye my hair and wear it long. Tsss, I can't dye it. Mothers, you know...and Aunts.

Oh, the laundry's finished. I'm gonna put it in the dryer.

I don't have to say a word- not that I can.
