milenyo

obviously you already know what happend...if not, you must be crawling with ignorance...milenyo is the first massive (well..sort of)typhoon which hit the metropolitan since 1995...i think...
well...i woke up at 9:15am(thursday)...earlier than my usual: 11am-1pm...haha...yeah...pig...when i was already getting dressed the lights went out(9:45)..i didn't worry that much...i got bored after a while and i decided to call meralco...i dialed 16211 until i fell asleep...it was so cool, i like sleeping when it's raining...harhar...i woke up at 1pm...it was already windy and several trees, posts etc were already destroyed....(contrary to what the news said...2pm daw...)...i stayed by the window(my only source of light) and read 2 chapters of Noli...i read both the tagalog and english versions just to kill time...i also did a few assignments that could possibly be done...i saw three trees fall...our garden doesn't look like much of a garden...it was already dark...no more rain...it was so hot...i opened the window waiting for a non existent breeze...i dialed 16211 once again(and again and again and again.....................................)...still no answer...i listened to the news(radio)...fell asleep at 1pm...i think...
friday i woke up at 9am...found out there's still no electricity...i got pissed...decided to be stubborn...so i stayed in bed till noon...then i decided to finally get up...i read a book...well. not really...i felt drowsy after reading 7 pages...i called several classmates...then i ate and ate ...and ate and ate......called meralco...still no answer...i went outside to play with the dogs...listened to the news...blah blah...stared at the electricfan...hoping it would spin...kakapagod umasa!...i eventually gave up...i fell asleep at 1am again...
today i woke up at 10am...still no electricity...i told myself that electricity would probably be restored by friday...para nalang hindi ako umasa...i closed my eyes and rolled all over my bed(hahaha...labu...)...i suddendly felt a breeze...gulat ako...sino namang biglang pumaypay sakin...i opened my eyes and i saw that the fan was on...the lamp was on...saya ko!...hehehe...










ahehe...wala akong magawa nung black out eh...so ayan...i used burnt barbeque sticks to draw stuff...and i "roasted" (piff) marshmallows...oo...desperado na ako

i got to watch flash reports on the televison today and i saw the devastation that milenyo caused...makes my experience so shallow...come to think of it...i've been really really shallow...i am so sorry for those who suffered...kawawa talaga yung mga nastranded, namatay, namatayan, nawalan ng bahay...sa hirap ba naman ng buhay ngayon dito sa pilipinas diba...those who are well-off got to stay in hotels and avoid the disadvantages the typhoon caused...grabe yung gap ng society dito sa atin...i can't explain it...pero sobrang...nakakaawa yung iba...i keep on asking myself...how is our country going to ever recover from this?...there's a new typhoon being monitored by pagasa right now...i think their going to call it nene?or was it neneng?sounds like that..when it enters the country...it's expected to come in by tomorrow or monday...haaaaay...only God knows what to do...

today i learned that the word "pagsusubok" does not exist...hehehe...only "pagsubok" does...see we had a quiz in filipino and my answer was marked wrong just because of that one stupid repeated syllable. truth is...half of the time, i don't know what language or dialect people at home use to talk to me. you see...there's tagalog, cebuano, illonggo, and english...and ever since i was a kid my cebuano, illonggo and tagalog always got mixed up...nyay...barok lang talaga ako sa malalim na tagalog...hehe...
stupidity: i prepared my sports clothes for today last night. i put my shoes in this morning. katangahan! i left the paperbag that contained em...

i saw this painting at the ghetty(tama ba ispelling?) museum last last summer and it looked like one of the paintings i did during second grade...except for the fact that the one at the museum was painted on a huge canvas and mine was on oslo paper...with the paintbrush going absolutely everywhere, blobs of paint settling all over...colors mixing...and i got a low grade...piff...by the way...i hated that place...i only liked the building with the historical artifacts...and the buildings cause they looked nice...(hehe..labuuu)
this week has been bleuhhh...i feel that my grades are slooooowly slipping...i'm hating our topic in chemistry sooo badly...asar talaga! that topic even made me cry twice!!! panira! this weekend we've got a ton of things to do...dagdag mo pa...i have to write a news arcticle for the seed news...i still have to talk to a few students to get this article done
oh and today we had a career test...finally!!! i've been waiting for that since i watched the episode in hey arnold! where they took one(grade 4 pa ako nun!)...nge...we had to choose occupations that we liked from the boxes...put an x on the ones you don't like and encircle the ones you like...nyah...i put xs everywhere...i only encircled 6(some of the occupations were repeated)..i chose...surgeon, anatomist, biologist, astrnomer(lupet ko rin mangarap..whoo)...daaah...isn't it obvious that i'm inclined to science...wha...inclined to science tapos nababadtrip sa chem ngayon...

the elocution was fine...that's all i have to say...hehehe...our salu-salo was great even if we didn't have enough food, no plates, no utensils...hahaha...putofest sa room namin...it was cool because we used boxes as plates and three or more people were sharing a single plate...suhweet! hehehe...salamat din sa 3a...they were so generous...they gave us food...thanks...

last wednesday ka and pao went to our house so that we could make our AP project...behold...errg...bad luck talaga...yung modem ng internet sira!!! so we went to my cousins' house sira rin kasi we subscribe to the same company...so we went to another cousin...thank you...umaandar yung kanila...after getting the information we needed..we went back to our house...pao and ka went home at about 9 pm...to make things worse...we still had exams teh following day...grabe...my brain lobes were hurting like h*ll...azar...di ko na natapos yung project...buti nalang pinayagan kami ni tacher joy na next daynalang kahit may minus...tsaka buti na rin lang naintindihan nina ka at pao...haaay...
that day...during last period my brain hurt so badly...i had a massive headache...it wasn't the typical "i feel dizzy" headache...my brain really hurt...so when i was in the car, i cried..(wahaha...iyakiin)...we passed by mercury...bought biogesic...then at home...my mom told me to take teh medicine then sleep...so i did...when i woke up i felt much better...tama nga si ka..dahil sa sobrang walang tulog ako for weeks...bumigay ang utak..hehe..made the project...ayos..tapos...
SATURDAY AT GATEWAY
uhh..yeah we did...we as in 16 of us...yeah...every salesperson we encountered gasped too...(mariel, tanja, ches, pat, pao, jai"chara", vic, rakii, sherwin, ian, julius, ralph, janmar, kurt, geeno, and me)...we(yel, tan, pao, ches, pao, jai) ate lunch first...di pa kasi dumating yung iba...fast food lang kami...we watched STAY ALIVE...it was okay...i was kinda creeped out at first... i covered my eyes and pulled my legs near me cause i didn't know what to expect...nyah...it wasn't that scary...they didn't show the killing part...thegirls behind us sort of bothered me cause they kept on screaming like there was no tomorrow...that bathory woman was sick...tsktsk...the others (vic, rakii, sherwin, ian, julius, ralph, janmar, kurt, geeno) ate at teryaki boy after we watched the movie...sarap pa naman dun...then the rest of us who ate first went to go WINDOW shopping...we tried out clothes at people are people...waaah...di ko afford!!!...it was fun...then we went to rustan's and met up with the others...kurt bought havaianas for peng...aw SUHWEET...and sherwin bought a pair for himself...while they were shoping, we were fooling around...then we got our pictures taken at a studio...saya...parang pinakawalan kami sa kulungan...hehehe

the others went home after a while...we(vic, rakii, sherwin, ian, julius, ralph, janmar, kurt, geeno, and me) stayed so that we could pick up the pictures...ah...went to starbucks at araneta...ah...tambay...steeg talaga nung dragon rakii..aliw...haha...yeah...and eventually i met up with my mom and went home...saya grabe! DAPAT MAULIT YUN!!!SANA TALAGA!!! *smiles*
